Terms of Service

By creating a Beacon account or otherwise using the Beacon service, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

Beacon is a hosted gateway that lets AI clients use third-party APIs on your behalf, with credentials you provide. We don't own or control those third-party services — your use of each one is also governed by that provider's terms.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and Beacon API tokens secure. If you suspect a token has leaked, rotate it from the dashboard or email support immediately.

You agree not to use Beacon to break the law, send unsolicited bulk messages, move money without authorization, or otherwise abuse the third-party services you connect through Beacon.

Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe. Cancelling stops future charges; we do not refund partial months unless required by law. We can update prices with 30 days' notice.

We do our best to keep Beacon online but the service is provided as-is without a guaranteed uptime SLA on free or starter plans. We may add, change, or remove features at any time — material breaking changes will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance.

You can close your account any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; in that case we'll give you a reasonable chance to export your data first.

To the extent allowed by law, Beacon's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless another forum is required by law.
